If the down has clumped in the product after washing, this can mean several things:
- We always recommend drying the product immediately after wash in the dryer, together with 3-4 tennis balls. The balls will puff up the down and make it even. If you did not use the dryer and the balls, this may be the reason why it is clumped.
Wash it again according to the washing instructions on the inside and be sure to tumble dry it immediately after washing. Shake regularly. - If you have used a tumble dryer on the product with tennis balls and the down still has clumped, this may mean that there is soap residue left. Rinse well again and tumble dry it once more until completely dry.
Fabric softener will cause the down to clump - please do not use this when washing.
